Shipping policy

- Delivery Time
Ready-Made Products: Delivered within 2 business days.
Made-to-Order Furniture: Delivery within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on production time.
💰 Shipping Fees
Cairo & Giza:
Free delivery for furniture up to the 3rd floor.
Home Decor Items:
Flat shipping fee of 300 EGP.
Other Governorates:
Shipping fees vary depending on the location and will be confirmed before order processing.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before delivery for:
Ready-made furniture
Home decor items
❌ Made-to-order products cannot be canceled, as they are custom manufactured specifically for each customer.

⏳ Delays
In case of delays beyond the agreed delivery date, Stanza EG compensates the customer with 2% of the total order value per day of delay.

📦 Storage Policy
Free storage is available for up to 14 days after the agreed delivery date.
After that:
Additional 3% monthly storage fee will be applied
Full invoice payment is required

🚪 Delivery Requirements

Customers must ensure:

Clear access for delivery and installation
Products can fit through doors, staircases, and elevators
Sufficient space is available inside the property
🏢 Floor Policy
Delivery is free up to the 3rd floor
From the 4th floor and above:
250 EGP per additional floor (if no freight elevator is available)
🏗️ Special Equipment
If a crane (hoist) is required due to access limitations, it is the customer’s responsibility.
🔁 Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery

If delivery or installation fails due to:
Lack of preparation
Inaccessible entry
The customer will bear the cost of re-delivery according to company policy.

🔍 Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer (or representative) must inspect the product before the delivery team leaves.
Any remarks must be noted in the delivery receipt.
Signing the receipt confirms the product is received in good condition.
🛠️ Damages & Manufacturing Defects
Any damage caused during delivery or manufacturing defects will be fully handled by Stanza EG.
⚠️ Liability Disclaimer

Stanza EG is not responsible for damages caused by:

Improper storage
Incorrect reinstallation
Misuse or use beyond intended purpose
Cleaning with unsuitable materials

🛡️ Warranty
Furniture products include a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Original invoice must be presented to claim warranty.
Misuse or expired warranty will result in repair and delivery charges at the customer’s expense.

💳 Payment Terms
Furniture:
50% deposit required
Remaining balance paid upon delivery
Home Decor:
Cash on Delivery (COD) available

🚚 نطاق الشحن

نوفر الشحن إلى جميع المحافظات داخل مصر.

- مدة التوصيل

  • المنتجات الجاهزة: خلال يومين
  • المنتجات تصنيع (Made to Order): من أسبوعين إلى 3 أسابيع

💰 رسوم الشحن

  • القاهرة والجيزة: شحن مجاني للأثاث حتى الدور الثالث
  • منتجات الديكور: 300 جنيه
  • باقي المحافظات: يتم تحديد تكلفة الشحن حسب المحافظة مسبقًا

🏠 طريقة التوصيل

  • الأثاث: يتم التوصيل والتركيب عن طريق فريق Stanza EG
  • الديكور: يتم الشحن عبر شركات الشحن

❌ الإلغاء

  • متاح قبل الاستلام للمنتجات الجاهزة والديكور
  • غير متاح لمنتجات التصنيع الخاص (Made to Order)

⏳ التأخير

في حالة التأخير، يتم تعويض العميل بنسبة 2% يوميًا من قيمة الطلب

📦 التخزين

  • تخزين مجاني حتى 14 يوم
  • بعد ذلك يتم احتساب 3% شهريًا رسوم تخزين

🚪 شروط التوصيل

  • يجب التأكد من سهولة دخول المنتج للمنزل
  • في حالة عدم توفر أسانسير:
    • مجاني حتى الدور الثالث
    • 250 جنيه لكل دور إضافي

🔍 الاستلام

  • يجب فحص المنتج قبل استلامه
  • التوقيع يعني استلام المنتج بحالة جيدة

- الضمان

  • ضمان 3 سنوات ضد عيوب الصناعة
  • لا يشمل سوء الاستخدام

💳 الدفع

  • الأثاث: 50% مقدم والباقي عند الاستلام
  • الديكور: دفع عند الاستلام متاح
