Refund policy
At Stanza EG, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
❌ Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, inspected, and confirmed to be free from manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Customers are required to carefully inspect the product upon delivery before signing the receipt.
⚠️ Reporting Issues
If any issue or defect is discovered after delivery, the customer must report it within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date.
Reports must be made through our official contact channels.
🔁 Exchanges
- The customer has the right to exchange or return the item. A full refund will be issued in the case of a return within 72 hours of purchase.
- If the customer requests a refund, return, or modification within 7 days of purchase, 50% of the reservation deposit will be deducted.
- After 7 days from the purchase date, modifications, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted.
- The company will only replace furniture products with manufacturing defects, provided the original purchase invoice is available.
- Any product that has been approved with the customer's knowledge and consent, as evidenced by their acceptance and signature on the purchase invoice (such as products manufactured to the customer's specifications), will not be eligible for return.
We do not offer product exchanges.
- Defective or Damaged Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping:
The issue will be assessed by our team
The product will be either repaired or replaced, depending on the case
The item will be re-delivered to the customer at no additional shipping cost
💰 Refunds
If the product does not meet acceptable standards due to:
Manufacturing defects
Shipping damage
And the issue cannot be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction:
